Depending on the plan you choose, benefits include biannual HVAC evaluations, an annual whole house plumbing inspection, water heater flushing, a water quality test, discounted HVAC diagnostic fees, money off plumbing trip charges, and 10% off HVAC service and repairs.
Are there any services not included in the membership?
Yes. The membership does not include drain cleaning, and it does not cover failed items that result from repairs previously declined by the client. HVAC discounts also do not apply to installation services.

What’s the difference between the Tank and Tankless plans?
The main difference is the type of water heater service included.

The Tank Option includes an annual flush for a standard tank water heater, while the Tankless Option includes an annual flush for one tankless water heater. All other membership benefits remain the same.
